some catch up from Toronto
New York and Toronto were a thrill. More wet than dry, and certainly muggy. It was the first time I had been back East with no severe weather. Other visits were done in either the dead of winter seeing Ashkan while he went to grad school there, or in mid-August when the humidity of NYC would kick up the filthy smell of the streets.
I went to Toronto next to visit our company headquarters. And laugh my ass off with my friend Monika. She’s a systems gal in our office, but I would never define her many amazing qualities and box her in that job description.
